This policy explains how Foxheath Limited handles personal data processed in connection with our marketplace sales.
Who we are
Foxheath Limited (company no. 01567199), registered at Damer House, Meadow Way, Wickford, Essex, SS12 9HA, is the data controller for personal data processed in connection with our sales on Amazon. Contact: info@fnxbathrooms.com.
What we collect
When you buy from us on Amazon, Amazon provides us with your name, delivery address and order details so we can fulfil your order. We do not receive or store your payment card details.
Why we process it
To process, pick, pack and deliver your order; generate shipping labels and confirm dispatch; handle returns, refunds and order-related customer service; and meet our legal obligations (accounting, tax, consumer law). The legal bases are performance of a contract and compliance with legal obligations. We do not use marketplace customers' data for marketing.
Who we share it with
Delivery carriers (APC Overnight, Evri, Royal Mail) receive your name, address and contact details solely to deliver your parcel. Our order operations run on shared systems and data-protection controls operated with FNX Bathrooms Ltd under a data-processing arrangement; hosting providers (Supabase, Render, Vercel) store data on our behalf under data-processing agreements within the UK/EEA. We do not sell or otherwise share your data.
How we protect it
Order data is stored in an encrypted database hosted in the EU, transmitted only over encrypted connections, and accessible only to authorised staff with individual accounts on a need-to-know basis. Access is logged.
How long we keep it
Personal details on orders are anonymised 90 days after shipment. Records we must keep for UK tax, accounting and consumer-law purposes are retained (with personal details removed) for up to 6 years, then securely deleted.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of or objection to processing, and data portability. Contact info@fnxbathrooms.com. You may also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
